This initiative aims to enhance local infrastructure and provide essential support to the local community (Homonhonanon) especially for small-scale fishermen and traders whose livelihoods depend on efficient transport and access from Homonhon Island to the mainland of Guiuan from buying commodities. Currently, workers are engaged in site preparation and the installment of eco-friendly materials that align with sustainable practices minimizing ecological impact on the surrounding marine environment.
